We process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand and, where a student is in another jurisdiction, with any additional rules that apply to that relationship.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, optional topic, and message. From enrolment (off-site, by email or invoice): billing name, organisation, address for tax invoices, and programme choices. From the site itself: technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, kept only as needed to operate and secure the server. If you accept analytics cookies, we may record aggregated page-use statistics as described in the cookie policy.

We do not ask you to upload production location traces belonging to your users. If you nevertheless send sample events for a residency, treat them as confidential business data; minimise identifiers before you send them.

Purposes and legal bases

We use contact details to answer enquiries and to administer seats (contract or steps prior to contract). We use billing data to invoice and meet tax duties (legal obligation). We use limited logs to keep the site available and secure (legitimate interests in operating an academy website). Analytics cookies run only with consent.

Retention

Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months after the last reply, unless a booking follows, in which case they join the student file. Enrolment and invoice records are kept for at least five years to satisfy Thai accounting practice, and longer if a dispute remains open. Server logs are rotated within 90 days unless needed to investigate abuse. Analytics data, if enabled, is stored in aggregated form for up to 14 months.

Your rights

Subject to PDPA conditions, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw cookie consent without affecting site functionality. You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand. To exercise rights, email info@systempacketline.digital with enough detail for us to find your record. We may need to verify identity before acting.

International transfers

Our primary records are held in Thailand. Email, fonts, or image hosts may process limited technical data on servers outside Thailand. Where we use such processors, we choose providers that offer appropriate safeguards (for example contractual clauses) and we do not sell personal data. If a residency requires tools hosted abroad, we will say so before you send student or client files.

Sharing

We share data with instructors and operations staff who need it to teach or invoice, with accountants and banks as required to take payment off-site, and with authorities when the law requires. We do not sell lists. Cohort directories are visible only inside the room unless you opt into the alumni working group.

Children

Programmes are aimed at working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes
