1. Acceptance

By browsing this site, submitting a contact form, or enrolling in a programme after we confirm a seat in writing, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or request a seat. Enrolment contracts issued by email may add commercial details; where they conflict with this page on price, dates, or refunds, the signed or confirmed email prevails for that booking only.

3. Informational site, no checkout

This website describes programmes and publishes informational prices. It does not process payments. A seat exists only after we confirm it in writing and you pay by the method stated on the invoice. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance by click.

4. Intellectual property

Site text, studio workbooks, corridor templates, and recordings remain the intellectual property of Systempacketline or their licensors. You may not copy, resell, or publicly post course materials. Students receive a personal licence to use templates inside their employer for internal product work. That licence does not include training third parties or publishing our datasets.

You keep ownership of the event schemas and funnel narratives you create in class, except where they embed our teaching examples. Do not upload confidential production data to shared classroom tools without your employer’s approval; we are not responsible for that choice.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site: no scraping that impairs service, no injection of malicious code, no impersonation of Systempacketline, and no use of our materials to build a competing public course that reproduces our syllabus structure. Classroom discussion is confidential among the cohort.

6. Programmes and changes

We may revise dates, instructors, or module order for operational reasons. If a live cohort cannot run, we will offer a later seat or a refund according to the refund policy. Completion letters are issued only if the capstone is submitted.

7. Liability

Programmes are educational. We do not warrant specific business results, revenue lift, or regulatory approval of your instrumentation. To the extent permitted by Thai law, Systempacketline’s aggregate liability arising from a programme or this site is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant booking in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data, except where liability cannot be limited (including fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence).

8. Third-party services

Links to maps, fonts, or image hosts are provided for convenience. Their terms apply to those services. We do not control Unsplash, font providers, or your own analytics stack.

9. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice. Cookie use is described in the cookie policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future visits. Confirmed bookings keep the terms in force on the confirmation date unless you agree otherwise in writing.
